Lake Fitness are back with their Workout Wednesday.
Come and try the facilities and classes for free, which includes Pilates 12.15pm-12.45pm, Stretch 12.45pm-1.15pm and Beginners Pilates 1.15pm-1.45pm as well as the showers.
The door will be open, simply turn up, and Lake Fitness staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
